Desk space isn't enough if it's just desk space. The idea is to create a fluid environment where people meet each other and collaborate. It's important it isn't closed. If it's just a set number of desks that are rented people won't be encouraged to meet the people who are right to collaborate or get ideas from. More than that any space like this has to have a way to include people who already have a work space, such as corporate shills like me. Having a café space as an integral part of the culture will encourage people to meet to discuss ideas rather than just getting their heads done to get stuff done. I think you’ve missed my point. Hubworking has locations nr Liverpool St Stn and Monument. I use it for my mail. I know plenty of ppl who are members of the IoD and the facilities are excellent.
