Orange web site lets you retreive PUK codes
The Orange web site, which remains a horribly slow mass of J2EE redeemed itself a little today. While mucking around with my N95 I accidentally locked it. Turns out I didn’t have to call Orange’s support number charged at mobile rates from my landline. There was a link from the homepage of my account page.
The orange web site still sucks for looking at bills, and now they have broadband it still takes me 3 clicks to log-in, but at least they’ve added some features which mean I don’t have to call anyone.
