I guess my point was more that I like agencies to send me relevant offers. Not only is my CV not online on any site but my web site, but all versions of it were update to include my current, well paid, very fun position at Yahoo. It recruiters spent more time looking for appropriate candidates than spamming large databases of people who have once job hunted they might make more matches.
