I think it&#039;s a bit of a pipe dream right now (as we all know, of course, the next great thing might show up tomorrow) - as you say, where&#039;s the stick and carrot? Nobody seems to be putting pressure on the user agent developers to develop tools which will handle accessibility appropriately.
